LG VX5400 Cell Phone Reviews

Love everything about the phone but this is my third one and for the third time the outside screen has failed! That's 3 out of 3 phones (same model and make) that have failed in the same way! That is a poor design and is obviously a mfg. defect and not abuse of the phone. This one only lasted two months!

I like this phone. I'm hearing impaired and can't hear the ringer on most of them, but this one I can hear pretty well. The only thing that bugs me a bit is that it has an EXTREMELY low memory, and no option for memory cards. if you're going to make a phone that will only hold 2 or 3 ringtones, you should at least give us the option to buy a memory card- but this phone has no slot for it. Other than that, it was easy to set up, easy to use....the camera isn't great, but I don't really use my phone to take pictures anyways. I love the fact that it can be charged on the computer since I work from my laptop most of the time. I'll use it for the year until I get an upgrade free with no problems, but really...adding a memory card slot wouldn't go amiss. If it had that, I'd get another one after this one was done!

Really like the LG. Didn't change plans so no comment there. Battery life is way beyond average for cell phones.

Love this phone! Bettery lasts over a week with moderate use. Easy to use & great call quality. Highly recommend to anyone needing a very good basic phone.

I like this phone in terms of basic functions, etc. It feels kind of delicate, which scares me as I am worried that it might break in the bottom of my purse. I live in a rural area that does not have strong cell service, and the reception and voice quality are not great. Also, it is very difficult to get the cover off the plug area to charge it.
